Common use of Snow Removal Clause in Contracts

Snow Removal. LESSOR will be responsible for the removal or other treatment of snow and ice on walkways, sidewalks, entryways and parking areas. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, LESSEE shall hold LESSOR harmless from any and all claims by LESSEE’s agents, representatives, employees or business invitees for damage or personal injury resulting in any way from snow or ice on any area serving the Building, provided LESSOR has performed this obligation absent LESSOR’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, foregoing however, LESSEE shall hold LESSOR harmless from any and all against claims by LESSEE’s agents, representatives, employees or business invitees for damage or personal injury resulting in any way from snow or ice on any area serving the Building, provided LESSOR has performed this obligation absent LESSOR’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

LESSOR will be responsible for LESSOR, at its sole expense, shall keep the removal or other treatment of snow and ice on walkways, sidewalks, entryways entry ways and parking areasareas reasonably clear of snow and ice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, LESSEE shall hold LESSOR harmless from any and all claims by LESSEE’s 's agents, representatives, employees or business invitees for damage or personal injury resulting in any way from snow or ice on any area serving servicing the Building, provided LESSOR has performed this obligation absent LESSOR’s gross unless such claims arise from the negligence or willful misconductmisconduct of LESSOR or its agents, employees or independent contractors.
