SILENT MONITORING. Section 1 - Purpose The primary purpose of monitoring public telephone conversations is not for evaluating performance but to ensure that complete and accurate information is courteously provided to the calling public and to determine training requirements. However, when monitoring is used to evaluate performance, the employee will be notified in advance of the period during which monitoring will occur. This period shall not exceed one week. In all cases immediate feedback to the employee will be provided.

SILENT MONITORING. 15.1 Seller will provide unlimited hosted monitoring to Buyer during all performed hours during which Service is provided. Seller shall further use a highly accessible toll-free remote monitoring function (or option to dial out) by providing remote monitoring for the performed hours of Services. If technically available, Seller shall make said function available to Buyer via a computer and modem to allow Buyer to watch the CSR or operator interact with Seller's computer screens. Buyer's representatives will be permitted to monitor the performance of the Seller's CSR by auditory technology or through retrieving all non-archived call recordings and/or data from the switch without notice. Recordings of calls that have been archived will be accessible through Seller's Project Manager within 48 hours of Buyer request.
SILENT MONITORING. Silent monitoring is defined as the practice of a supervisor listening in on a call or a recording of a call between an employee and a third party to evaluate the employee’s duties and responsibilities and related conduct. The Department may utilize silent monitoring of employees for purposes related to conduct and performance and not to harass employees. This monitoring will also be used to ensure that complete and accurate information is courteously provided to the calling public and to determine training requirements. Employees will be notified annually if they occupy a position subject to silent monitoring. After receipt of such notification, employees will be afforded the opportunity to discuss with their supervisors the practice of silent monitoring of their position. Additionally, the Department will provide to the local union the annual notification of positions subject to silent monitoring. Information obtained during silent monitoring may be used to evaluate performance and to support a personnel action, consistent with applicable law, government-wide regulation, VA policy and this Agreement.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.

  • Measurement and Monitoring Tools Contractor shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures reasonably designed to measure its performance of the Services and assess such performance against any applicable service levels. Contractor shall provide LAUSD with a monthly report of service level performance under any applicable Work Order. Upon LAUSD’s request, Contractor shall provide LAUSD with access to the measurement and monitoring tools described herein, and to any information that they generate.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • Environmental Monitoring (a) Borrower shall give prompt written notice to Lender of (i) any proceeding or inquiry by any party (including any Governmental Authority) with respect to the presence of any Hazardous Substance on, under, from or about the Property, (ii) all claims made or threatened by any third party (including any Governmental Authority) against Borrower or the Property or any party occupying the Property relating to any loss or injury resulting from any Hazardous Substance, and (iii) Borrower’s discovery of any occurrence or condition on any real property adjoining or in the vicinity of the Property that could cause the Property to be subject to any investigation or cleanup pursuant to any Environmental Law. Upon becoming aware of the presence of mold or fungus at the Property, Borrower shall (i) undertake an investigation to identify the source(s) of such mold or fungus and shall develop and implement an appropriate remediation plan to eliminate the presence of any Toxic Mold, (ii) perform or cause to be performed all acts reasonably necessary for the remediation of any Toxic Mold (including taking any action necessary to clean and disinfect any portions of the Property affected by Toxic Mold, including providing any necessary moisture control systems at the Property), and (iii) provide evidence reasonably satisfactory to Lender of the foregoing. Borrower shall permit Lender to join and participate in, as a party if it so elects, any legal or administrative proceedings or other actions initiated with respect to the Property in connection with any Environmental Law or Hazardous Substance, and Borrower shall pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements incurred by Lender in connection therewith.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.
