Measurement and Monitoring Tools. Contractor shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures reasonably designed to measure its performance of the Services and assess such performance against any applicable service levels. Contractor shall provide LAUSD with a monthly report of service level performance under any applicable Work Order. Upon LAUSD’s request, Contractor shall provide LAUSD with access to the measurement and monitoring tools described herein, and to any information that they generate.
Measurement and Monitoring Tools. Contractor shall measure and monitor System performance, and shall utilize the necessary measurement and monitoring tools and procedures required to measure and report Contractor’s performance of the Services against the Service Level Agreements. Such measurement and monitoring must permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Level Agreements, and is subject to audit by Agency. Contractor shall provide Agency with information and access to such tools and procedures, for purposes of auditing and verification.
Measurement and Monitoring Tools. As of the Effective date, Vendor and Prudential will mutually agree on the measurements and service level management procedures, pursuant to the governance procedures set forth in Attachment G and performance standards set forth in Attachment E-1 and E-2, to measure Vendor's performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels. Such measurement and monitoring tools and procedures will (a) for Attachment E-1, be implemented upon the Effective Date; (b) for Attachment E-2, be implemented after successful completion of all testing and written acceptance by Prudential of the Transition Services set forth in Attachment B-1; (c) permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Levels; and (d) be subject to audit by Prudential or its designee in accordance with the Agreement, except such audit will not include the installation of any audit software on Vendor's network.
Measurement and Monitoring Tools. The measurements and service level management procedures for the Services, as set forth in Attachments E-1, will be used to measure Vendor’s performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels. Such measurement and monitoring tools and procedures will (a) be implemented upon the Effective Date; provided, however that Vendor shall not be liable for any penalties for failure to provide the Services in accordance with the applicable Service Levels until 90 days after successful completion of all testing and written acceptance by Prudential of the Pre-Work Build Services set forth in Attachment B-1; (c) permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Levels; and (d) be subject to audit by Prudential or its designee in accordance with the Agreement, except such audit will not include the installation of any audit software on Vendor's network or require Vendor to disclose or provide access to any of Vendor’s other customers confidential information.
Measurement and Monitoring Tools. Prior to the Commencement Date, Administrator will implement the measurement and monitoring tools and procedures required to measure and report Administrator's performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels. Such measurement and monitoring tools and procedures will: (i) permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Levels; and (ii) be subject to audit by Customer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Measurement and Monitoring Tools. First Data shall utilize the necessary measurement and monitoring tools and procedures required to measure and report First Data’s performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels. First Data shall describe its proposed measurement and monitoring tools. First Data shall also provide Capital One with on-line, real-time access to reports (both management and operational) and the monitoring and performance management data and tools that First Data will use to manage the Services and measure performance against the Service Levels. Underlying data will be made available by First Data in real time (or near real-time), not held until the end of a reporting period.
Measurement and Monitoring Tools. Mach will utilise automated measurement and monitoring tools and procedures required to accurately and promptly measure and report Mach’s performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels, which are appropriate and adequate given Mach’s role as an experienced and capable ICT outsourcing vendor.

As of the Effective Date, Vendor shall use existing measurement and monitoring Tools and procedures required to measure and report (as contemplated by Section 7.05) Vendor’s performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels. Such measurement and monitoring and procedures shall (1) permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Levels and (2) be subject to audit by Customer or Customer Agents. Vendor shall provide Customer and its designees with information concerning access to such measurement and monitoring Tools and procedures upon request, for inspection and verification purposes.
Measurement and Monitoring Tools. CONTRACTOR must implement all reasonably necessary measurement and monitoring tools and procedures required to measure and report CONTRACTOR's performance of the Services against the applicable service levels as such service levels are specified in the Agreement. Such measurement and monitoring must permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the service levels specified in the Agreement and will be subject to audit by HHSC. CONTRACTOR will provide HHSC with information and access to all applicable information or work product produced by such tools and procedures upon request for purposes of verification.
