SICKNESS AND OTHER INCAPACITY. 10.1 Subject to the Executive’s compliance with the Company’s policy on notification and certification of periods of absence from work, the Executive will continue to be paid his full salary during any period of absence from work due to sickness, injury or other incapacity, up to a maximum of 6 months in aggregate in any period of 12 consecutive months. Such payment will be inclusive of any statutory sick pay payable in accordance with applicable legislation in force at the time of absence.

SICKNESS AND OTHER INCAPACITY. 7.1 Subject to the Employee’s compliance with the Company’s policy on notification and certification of periods of absence from work, the Employee will continue to be paid his full salary during any period of absence from work due to sickness, injury or other incapacity, up to a maximum of two (2) days for each completed month of service in the first year of service and four (4) days for each completed month of service thereafter.
SICKNESS AND OTHER INCAPACITY. 14.1 Subject to the Employee’s compliance with the Company’s policy on notification and certification of periods of absence from work, the Employee will be entitled to be paid his basic salary during any period of absence from work due to sickness, injury or other incapacity, in accordance with the terms set out in the Staff Handbook. Such payment will be inclusive of any statutory sick pay payable in accordance with applicable legislation in force at the time of absence.
SICKNESS AND OTHER INCAPACITY. 11.1 If you are unable to carry out your duties as a result of sickness or injury the Company shall continue to pay you your basic salary at the full rate for a maximum period up to six months in aggregate in any consecutive twelve month period (provided that the Company shall be under no obligation to continue to pay your salary to the extent that you are entitled to payments under permanent health insurance or equivalent arrangements). Any payment in accordance with this clause 11 will be inclusive of any statutory sick pay or disability pay payable in accordance with applicable legislation at the relevant time of absence.

Such payment will be inclusive of any statutory sick pay payable in accordance with applicable legislation in force at the time of absence. The Company may deduct from the Employee’s remuneration during any period of absence due to ill-health, accident or other similar cause the amount of any social security benefits he may be entitled to receive.
SICKNESS AND OTHER INCAPACITY. 10.1 Subject to the Employee’s compliance with the Company’s policy on notification and certification of periods of absence from work, the Employee will continue to be paid the Employee’s full salary during any period of absence from work due to sickness, injury or other incapacity, up to a maximum of 12 weeks in aggregate (or such longer period as necessary for insurance coverage under the Company’s policies to begin, and provided that such period does not exceed 26 weeks) in any period of 52 consecutive weeks. Such payment will be inclusive of any statutory sick pay payable in accordance with applicable legislation in force at the time of absence.
SICKNESS AND OTHER INCAPACITY. 11.1 Subject to the Employee's compliance with the Company's policy on notification and certification of periods of absence from work, the Employee will be entitled to payment under the Company's sickness payment policy from time to time in force, a copy of which may be obtained from the Company's human resources department.

SICKNESS AND OTHER INCAPACITY. The Employee will be entitled to be paid whilst off work through sickness, injury or illness in accordance with the Company sickness policy, subject to mandatory provisions of local law and the Employee’s entitlement to Company Sick Pay shall be 13 weeks full pay irrespective of length of service.
