Common use of SICKNESS AND OTHER INCAPACITY Clause in Contracts

SICKNESS AND OTHER INCAPACITY. 10.1 Subject to the Executive’s compliance with the Company’s policy on notification and certification of periods of absence from work, the Executive will continue to be paid his full Salary during any period of absence from work due to sickness, injury or other incapacity, up to a maximum of 26 weeks in aggregate in any period of 52 consecutive weeks. Such payment will be inclusive of any statutory sick pay payable in accordance with applicable legislation in force at the time of absence.

Such payment will be inclusive of any statutory sick pay payable in accordance with applicable legislation in force at the time of absence.

Such payment will be inclusive of any statutory sick pay payable in accordance with applicable legislation in force at the time of absence.

The Executive will be paid half his basic salary during any remaining period of absence due to sickness, injury or other incapacity, in the Relevant Consecutive Weeks. Such payment payments will be inclusive of any statutory sick pay payable in accordance with applicable legislation in force at the time of absence.
