Shiftworker. Shiftworker shall mean any employee whose work schedule is part of shiftwork.
Shiftworker. An employee is a Shiftworker for the purpose of the National Employment Standards if the employee works Ordinary Hours over seven days of the week and is regularly rostered to work on Sundays and public holidays (ie. if the employee works Ordinary Hours over seven days of the week and works a combined total of 34 shifts on Sundays and public holidays during the year of service).
