Additional Annual Leave. (a) Shift Worker as defined by the Act An employee is entitled to accrue an additional amount of paid annual leave, for each completed 12 month period of continuous service with the employer, of 1/52 of the number of ordinary hours worked by the employee, for the employer, as a Shift Worker as defined by the Act during that 12 month period. The additional paid annual leave set out in this sub-clause is not cumulative upon the additional paid annual leave set out in the next sub-clause 21.6(b). The entitlement set out in this sub-clause shall only apply in the event that it provides a more favourable outcome for the employee and, if it does, then sub-clause 21.6(b) shall not apply.
Additional Annual Leave. Following 5 years’ employment in the same profession, employees’ holiday entitlement shall be 25 days, and holiday allowance shall be 10.64
Additional Annual Leave. One additional day of annual leave will be granted to all full-time employees of the Middletown Fire Department for each six (6) month period in which they do not use any sick leave. Each additional day earned is to be used within the following six (6) months.

Additional Annual Leave. Upon the effective date of this Employment Agreement, Xxxx shall receive two (2) weeks of annual leave which shall be in addition to the accrual of annual leave he shall enjoy as a "full-time employee" as defined within the City Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.
Additional Annual Leave. (a) In lieu of Financial Members’ Day as provided in 7.5.1(a) of the Award, as defined in Clause 4 of this Agreement, an extra day of annual leave will be added to each Employee’s entitlement (and paid the same as any other days annual leave) and taken at a time mutually agreeable to the Employee and the Company. Only financial members of the union will receive payment for this day.
