Journeymen. An Employee who holds a certification of qualification for his/her respective trade in accordance to the Alberta Apprenticeship, Training and Certification Act (or its successor).

Journeymen. Article V, Section 18A - A Xxxxxxx shall be responsible for lay-offs, discharges and the safety of his crew under the direction of the Employer or the Employer's representative.
Journeymen. On the spinning of cables on suspension bridges, one apprentice shall be permitted to each Journeyman. On curtain wall and window installation three (3) Apprentices may be hired for each Journeyman and the hiring rate of Apprentices so hired shall not exceed 75% of the Journeyman rate.
