Common use of Section 5.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 5.1. 33 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 34 District and the Association are matters with respect to wages, hours, benefits, and working conditions 35 of employees subject to this Agreement.

Section 5.1. 33 30 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 34 31 District and the Association are matters with respect to wages, hours, benefits, and working conditions 35 32 of employees subject to this Agreement.

Section 5.1. 33 30 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 34 31 District and the Association are matters with respect to wages, hours, benefits, wages and working conditions 35 of employees in the bargaining 32 unit subject to this Agreement.

Section 5.1. 33 35 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 34 36 District and the Association are matters with respect policies, programs, and procedures relating to or affecting hours, 37 wages, hours, benefits, grievance procedures and general working conditions 35 of employees in the bargaining unit 38 subject to this Agreement.
