Section 3(b). S.A.W. agrees to defend and hold the Board harmless as a result of any action the Board is required to take as a result of any written notice given it by S.A.W. per the provisions regarding withholding of dues and service fees.
Section 3(b). No elementary ELL teacher shall be assigned a total case load in excess of fifty (50) students, except that such teachers may have a total case load up to fifty-two (52) students until October 1 each year. Teachers whose case loads exceed the listed maximum for more than ten (10) consecutive days after the initial adjustment shall follow the procedure set forth in Sections 1(a) and (b) above.

Section 3(b). The Board agrees not to negotiate with any teachers’ organization other than the Association for the duration of this Agreement. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent any individual teacher from presenting a grievance and having the grievance adjusted without intervention of the Association if the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. SECTION 3C It is contemplated that matters not covered by this Agreement and not subject to the grievance procedure in Article XIII of this Agreement, but of common concern to the parties, shall be discussed by the parties from time to time during the period of this Agreement upon request by either party or the other. The parties undertake to cooperate in arranging meetings, selecting representatives for such discussions, furnishing necessary information and otherwise constructively considering and resolving any such matters. In the event that either party desires to discuss matters which are not covered by this Agreement and not subject to the grievance procedure in Article XIII of this Agreement, they shall notify the other of such desire in writing.

Section 3(b). Section 3(b) to the Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read in its entirety as follows:
Section 3(b). The Employer shall provide a Dental Plan covering basic preventative, major restorative and orthodontic dental procedures for his full-time employees and their eligible dependents, the premium to be shared 55% Employer, 45% employee. It is agreed that if there is an increase in dental premiums it shall be shared between the Employer and the employee as outlined above.
Section 3(b). Any member of the bargaining unit who substitutes for the xxxxxxx in his absence shall receive the same rate as the xxxxxxx and must comply with the provisions set forth in Section 3A. Any employee required to make phone calls during the weekend in order to notify employees of weekend overtime, which is normally done by the xxxxxxx shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours weekend wages.
