Scope of Maintenance Services. 2.1. Subject to the timely payment of the Maintenance Charges and due adherence with the terms and conditions of the present Agreement, the Maintenance Agency agrees to provide Maintenance Services in GHC, as detailed hereinafter:

Supported Product Maintenance includes provision of Resolutions, Maintenance Patches, and Updates in relation to the Supported Product during the Support Term, as set forth herein. During the Maintenance Term, Sabre will provide the services necessary to remedy any Level 1 or Level 2 Errors in the Systems and to acknowledge evaluate and record any Level 3 or Level 4 Errors in the Systems. Fixes for Level 3 and Level 4 Errors will be prioritized after all Level 1 and Level 2 Errors are remedied. Maintenance Services will commence promptly after Customer has identified an Error with the Systems, or any portion thereof, and has notified Sabre’s Support Desk of the Error.

Scope of Maintenance Services. 1.1 The maintenance service for terminal equipment includes the elimination of defects and other faults of the terminal equipment that occur outside the warranty. If defects occur on a terminal equipment during the agreed period, DISH will remedy them by repair or exchange for a terminal equipment of at least equal value.
