SABRE® WEB SERVICES Clause Samples
The SABRE® WEB SERVICES clause defines the terms under which a party may access and use the SABRE web-based platform and its associated services. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of permitted use, any restrictions on access, and the responsibilities of the user, such as maintaining security credentials and complying with usage policies. By establishing clear guidelines for the use of SABRE's web services, the clause helps prevent misuse, ensures system integrity, and clarifies the rights and obligations of both the service provider and the user.
