Salary Restructure. Effective the first full pay period following Board of Supervisors approval of this Memorandum of Understanding the County shall implement a salary restructure as provided in Appendices C, which shall adjust groups and the salary schedules for all classifications, except Level I classifications, i.e., PHNI, RNI- (ARMC, PH, PSD), MHNI, CNI, and NPI. The new salary schedule shall include one sub-step for new Groups 5, 12, and 13. Effective August 22, 2015, there shall be an additional salary restructure for all classifications as provided in Appendices C, except Level I classifications. Equity Adjustment Effective the first full pay period following Board of Supervisors approval of this Memorandum of Understanding the County shall move the Public Health Nurse I classification to new Group 11 and the Nurse Practitioner I classification to new Group 7. Effective July 23, 2016, the County shall establish a new Group 6A and move the Registered Nurse II-ARMC, Mental Health Nurse II, and Public Health Nurse II classifications to the new group 6A. Employees who receive an equity adjustment shall be eligible to advance to their next step following completion of 2,080 hours from their most recent merit advancement (i.e., step hours shall not be reset). Step Adjustment Effective July 23, 2016, the County shall advance by one step all employees in non-Level I classifications, except for employees in the Registered Nurse II-ARMC, Mental Health Nurse II and Public Health Nurse II classifications, who are on steps 1 - 10 on the effective date. In addition, the County shall establish a temporary step 11A and employees who are on the then current step 11, except for employees in the Registered Nurse II-ARMC, Mental Health Nurse II and Public Health Nurse II classifications, shall be moved to the newly established temporary step 11A. Temporary step 11A shall be limited to only those employees who were on step 11 and advanced on this date and shall be eliminated once those employees advance to longevity steps. Employees who are advanced one-step shall be eligible to advance to their next step following completion of 2,080 hours from their most recent merit advancement (i.e., step hours shall not be reset). Effective July 23, 2016, the County shall increase all longevity step rates (i.e., steps 12 – 16) by an approximate two percent (2.0%) for all non-Level I classifications, except for the Registered Nurse II-ARMC, Mental Health Nurse II and Public Health Nurse II classificat...

However, when you take a distribution, the amounts you contributed annually to any Xxxx XXX and any military death gratuity or Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance (SGLI) payments that you rolled over to a Xxxx XXX, will be deemed to be removed first, followed by conversion and employer-sponsored retirement plan rollover contributions made to any Xxxx XXX on a first-in, first-out basis. Therefore, your nonqualified distributions will not be taxable to you until your withdrawals exceed the amount of your annual contributions, military death gratuity or SGLI payments and your conversions and employer-sponsored retirement plan rollovers.

  • Salary Increases During the period of employment as provided in Paragraph 1(b) hereof, the base salary of the Executive shall be reviewed no less frequently than annually by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board to determine whether or not the same should be increased in light of the duties and responsibilities of the Executive and the performance thereof, and if it is determined that an increase is merited, such increase shall be promptly put into effect and the base salary of the Executive as so increased shall constitute the base salary of the Executive for purposes of Paragraph 3(a).
