Salary Increases. For the year 2016-17 the District will provide a total salary increase of 1.4%, with the amount in each year to be determined by the parties. These increases are exclusive of any State-funded salary increases. The State funded salary increase for 2016-2017 is 1.8%. Total increase for 2016-2017 is 3.2%

Salary Increases. The greater of (i) 5% or (ii) the percentage increase during the previous year in the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers published by the U.S. Department of Labor or (if such index is discontinued) the nearest equivalent index, up to a maximum of 10%.

Related to Salary Increases

  • Annual increase means, initially, fifty-nine cents per month

  • CPI Increase means the percentage increase in CPI over the preceding Lease Year as calculated by the fraction whose numerator is (a) the most current CPI available on the date of calculation minus (b) the most current CPI available on the first day of the immediately preceding Lease Year in question (the “Base CPI”), and whose denominator is the Base CPI, but in no event shall the “CPI Increase” be less than zero.
