Salary Increases the offer includes the following annual wage increases for all UWHA members: o 2% raise within sixty days of contract ratification o 2% raise effective July 1, 2020 o 2% raise effective July 1, 2021  Ratification Bonus: the offer includes $1.5 million in ratification bonuses, which will be paid as a one- time, lump sum of $950 per resident/fellow, within sixty days of contract ratification.  Home Call and Travel Stipends: the offer includes increasing the combined annual travel and home call stipends by $600 to a new amount of $2500.  R9 Stipend Level: the offer includes adding a new stipend level for housestaff who reach the R9 appointment level.
Salary Increases. For the year 2016-17 the District will provide a total salary increase of 1.4%, with the amount in each year to be determined by the parties. More Definitions of Salary Increases

Salary Increases. The greater of (i) 5% or (ii) the percentage increase during the previous year in the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers published by the U.S. Department of Labor or (if such index is discontinued) the nearest equivalent index, up to a maximum of 10%.

Related to Salary Increases

  • Annual increase means, initially, fifty-nine cents per month

  • CPI Increase means the percentage increase (but not decrease) in (i) the CPI published for the beginning of each Lease Year, over (ii) the CPI published for the beginning of the immediately preceding Lease Year.

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Increase Amount is defined in Section 2.3(a).

  • Basic Compensation means Salary and Benefits.

  • Compensation Limit means the compensation limit of Section 401(a)(17) of the Code, as adjusted under Section 401(a)(17)(B) of the Code for increases in the cost of living.

  • Normal salary means the salary that would be paid to a participating employee if that person was not participating in a Plan and includes salary expressed as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate. It includes all allowances that are paid as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate but not overtime payments and shift work penalty rates unless they are paid as a component of an annualised rate.

  • Merit Increase means an increase in the rate of pay of an employee within the employee’s pay range which may be granted in recognition of satisfactory service on the employee’s anniversary date.

  • Insurance Cost Increase shall not, however, include any premium increases resulting from the nature of the occupancy of any other lessee of the Building. If the parties insert a dollar amount in Paragraph 1.9, such amount shall be considered the "BASE PREMIUM." If a dollar amount has not been inserted in Paragraph 1.9 and if the Building has been previously occupied during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Commencement Date, the "Base Premium" shall be the annual premium applicable to such twelve (12) month period. If the Building was not fully occupied during such twelve (12) month period, the "Base Premium" shall be the lowest annual premium reasonably obtainable for the Required Insurance as of the Commencement Date, assuming the most nominal use possible of the Building. In no event, however, shall Lessee be responsible for any portion of the premium cost attributable to liability insurance coverage in excess of $1,000,000 procured under Paragraph 8.2(b).

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.

  • Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the monthly salary costs of Contractor’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Contractor’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by Contractor for services performed. The initial Monthly Salary Rate is included in Exhibit “G” attached to this Agreement.
