S upport. For thirty days after completing Auto-Tagging Services, Axon will provide up to 5 hours of remote support at no additional charge. Axon will provide free support due to a change in Axon Evidence, so long as long as Agency maintains an Axon Evidence and Auto-Tagging subscription. In the event of any conflict between a Credit Support Document and the Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail, except for any provision in such Credit Support Document in respect of governing law.

  • Administrative Support Employee shall be provided with office space and administrative support.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Customer Support and Training System Agency will provide support for the CMBHS, including problem tracking and problem resolution. System Agency will provide telephone numbers for Grantees to obtain access to expert assistance for CMBHS-related problem resolution. System Agency will provide initial CMBHS training. Grantee shall provide subsequent ongoing end-user training.

  • Support During the term of this Addendum, State Street agrees to provide the support services set out in Attachment D to this Addendum.
