Axon Evidence definition

Axon Evidence means Axon’s web services for Xxxxxxxx.xxx, and interactions between Xxxxxxxx.xxx and or Axon client software. This excludes third-party applications or xx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.
Axon Evidence means Xxxxxxxx.xxx and other software, maintenance, and storage provided by Axon for use with Axon Evidence. This excludes third-party applications and xx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.

Examples of Axon Evidence in a sentence

  • Axon Air requires an Axon Evidence subscription for each drone operator.

  • For Axon Evidence Lite, Agency may access and use Axon Evidence only to store and manage TASER CEW and TASER CAM data (“TASER Data”).

  • For purchases solely of Axon Evidence subscriptions, the start date is the Effective Date.

  • Notices posted on Agency’s Axon Evidence site are effective upon posting.

  • For Axon Unlimited Device Storage subscriptions, Agency may store unlimited data in Agency's Axon Evidence account only if data originates from Axon Capture or the applicable Axon Device.

Related to Axon Evidence

  • clinical evidence means clinical data and clinical evaluation results pertaining to a device of a sufficient amount and quality to allow a qualified assessment of whether the device is safe and achieves the intended clinical benefit(s), when used as intended by the manufacturer;

  • Relevant evidence means evidence having any tendency to make the existence of any fact that is of consequence to the determination of the action more probable or less probable than it would be without the evidence.

  • Objective medical evidence means reports of examinations or treatments; medical

  • Objective evidence means standardized patient assessment instruments, outcome measurements tools, or measurable assessments of functional outcome. Use of objective measures at the beginning of treatment, during, and after treatment is recommended to quantify progress and support justifications for continued treatment. The tools are not required but their use will enhance the justification for continued treatment.

  • Clear and convincing evidence means information that would persuade a reasonable person to have a firm belief that a proposition is more likely true than not true. It is a higher standard of proof than “preponderance of the evidence."

  • Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.

  • Clauses means these contractual clauses, which are a free-standing document that does not incorporate commercial business terms established by the parties under separate commercial arrangements. The details of the transfer (as well as the personal data covered) are specified in Annex B, which forms an integral part of the clauses.

  • Substantial evidence means evidence that:
