RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITES. L3.01 Save and except to the extent specifically modified or curtailed by any provision(s) of this Collective Agreement, the right and responsibility to manage the business of the Employer is vested solely and exclusively with the Employer. The Employer and OSSTF agree that they will exercise their rights in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Collective Agreement and with the prevailing statutes and regulations governing in the Province of Ontario.

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITES. 1. COUNTY reserves the right to enter at any time onto any signalized intersection covered under this AGREEMENT or into any controller cabinet for inspection, alteration or change to affect emergency repairs, modifications or to correct malfunctions. COUNTY shall notify the CITY within one work day of any alteration or change.
