Computing Facilities Clause Samples
The Computing Facilities clause defines the terms under which computing resources, such as hardware, software, and network access, are provided and used within the scope of an agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of both the provider and the user, specifying acceptable use, maintenance obligations, and any restrictions on access or data storage. By clearly delineating these terms, the clause helps prevent misuse, ensures security, and allocates responsibility for the proper functioning and protection of computing resources.
