Return of Unused Funds. If Grantee has any unspent funds on hand as of the earlier of December 31, 2024, or the termination of this Agreement, Grantee shall return all unspent funds to the City within ten (10) calendar days.
Return of Unused Funds. County shall return any unused portions of the Deposit upon (i) the written request of PacifiCorp, accompanied by formal withdrawal of the Project and Associated Activities, or (ii) the written request of PacifiCorp, following all final actions by the County for the Project and Associated Activities. All Project Manager Costs that have accrued up to the date of the County’s return of any unused portion of the Deposit will be accounted for and then deducted from the unused portion of the Deposit prior to return, unless a later date of payment is otherwise agreed to in writing by PacifiCorp and County.

If the Recipient does not use any part of the Project Funding, or it becomes unable to complete the Project because it ceases to exist or cease operating or for any other reason, it must notify the Grantor immediately and the Grantor will be entitled to repayment of all unspent funds within 21 days of such notification. Return of Unused Funds. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties, upon termination of the Agreement, the LSSVI and any subrecipients shall release the commitment of funds for any unused funds to the VIHFA within thirty (30) days of termination and ensure that no CDBG-DR funds are allocated for projects beyond the scope of this Agreement.
Return of Unused Funds. Notwithstanding Section 7.2. above, if so requested by the Trustee, the Partner Agency shall return to the Fund to such account as requested by the Trustee, any unused funds from the Fund Projects held by the Partner Agency in the Partner Agency TF.

All unused funds at the completion of the Research shall be returned and the Final Statement of Account submitted to A*STAR within three (3) months of the end of the Term or termination of the Research or this Contract, whichever is earlier, failing which A*STAR may refuse to make further disbursements of funds and/ or disallow further claims from the Host Institution. The Final Statement of Account shall be submitted to A*STAR. A*STAR shall not be liable for any further claims, including but not limited to such claims that may be made by the Partner Institution(s) against the Host Institution, and the Host Institution shall be solely responsible for the same.

PacifiCorp will fund the Project Manager position for a twenty-four (24) month period. PacifiCorp and the County may agree in writing to extend the funding term beyond 24 months as necessary to support continued permitting and oversight activities by the County. Based on the Project timeline and the associated activities, it is anticipated that this MOU will be extended. The parties agree to work in good faith to negotiate an extension to this MOU.
Return of Unused Funds. The parties acknowledge that the CARES Act requires Borrower to return all CARES Act Funding not spent as of December 30, 2020. For purposes of this Agreement, “spent” means that a Borrower has paid for and received the goods or services and actually expended the funds. All goods and services purchased with CARES Act Funding must be received on or before December 30, 2020.
