Further Claims. I agree not to make claim or take proceedings against any other person, corporation or entity, that might claim contribution or indemnity under the provisions of any statute or otherwise against the Corporation.

Further Claims. Executive has not and will not file any charges against any of the Company Releasees based on events occurring prior to the date of execution of this Release with any state or federal administrative agency, and shall immediately dismiss any such existing claims, if any. Executive has not and will not institute a lawsuit in any state or federal court, based upon, arising out of, or relating to any claim, demand, or cause of action released herein. Executive has not and will not participate, assist, or cooperate in any claim, charge, suit, complaint, action or proceeding against any of the Company Releasees, unless and to the extent required or compelled by law. Executive has not and will not encourage and/or solicit any third party to file any claim, charge, suit, complaint, action or proceeding against any of the Company Releasees. This provision does not apply to charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or claims challenging the validity of the Release under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
Further Claims. 4.1. You engage Us to take all reasonable steps to investigate Further Claim as set out in the Letter of Authority. We will agree with You the manner in which We shall report to You in relation to a Further Claim.

This provision does not apply to claims challenging the validity of the Agreement under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act or any other charges or rights that cannot be waived as a matter of law.
Further Claims. 3.1. In addition to providing Services in respect of those Claims of which We are engaged as at the date of the Agreement You also engage Us to take reasonable steps (at Our discretion) to investigate any further potential Claims which You may have. We will report to You any such further potential Claim We may identify or which may be identified to Us after the date of the Agreement (whether by You, the Bank or otherwise).

Further Claims. 8.1 With effect from the transfer of possession, the Seller assigns to the accepting Buyer any and all warranty or guarantee claims with regard to the Object of Purchase.
Further Claims. The parties agree that the wage increases and other improvements in conditions of employment provided for by this Agreement are in settlement of all existing claims made by the employees for the life of the Agreement.
