Return of Client Property. Upon termination of this Agreement or earlier as requested by Client, GlobalLogic will deliver to Client any and all documents, samples, and other materials in GlobalLogic’s possession or control that contain, summarize, or disclose any Client Work Product (in whatever stage of development or completion), Client’s Confidential Information, Client Materials (in whatever stage of development or completion) or any other materials or intellectual property provided by or on behalf of Client.

Return of Client Property. Upon termination of the Agreement or earlier as requested by Client, Contractor will deliver to Client any and all drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices (other than the devices expressly transferred to Contractor under the Separation Agreement), formulas, and documents, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Client Work Product, Third Party Information or Proprietary Information of Client. Return of Client Property. Upon termination, Attorney shall immediately return to Client any and all data, information, computer records and data, business records and files, and any other document, record, trade equipment, supplies, keys, modes of access, or any other material that was furnished by or work products (including digital photographs, data, worksheets, draft and final work product versions) created for the Client during the term of the Agreement. All of the foregoing shall at all times by conclusively owned by the Client and shall be returned and submitted to the Client at the conclusion of each task or sub-task assigned under the Agreement. No files, documents, or other materials will be removed from the Client office to perform the scope of work under this Agreement.
