Return of Client Property. Upon termination of this Agreement or earlier as requested by Client, GlobalLogic will deliver to Client any and all documents, samples, and other materials in GlobalLogic’s possession or control that contain, summarize, or disclose any Client Work Product (in whatever stage of development or completion), Client’s Confidential Information, Client Materials (in whatever stage of development or completion) or any other materials or intellectual property provided by or on behalf of Client.
Return of Client Property. Upon termination of the Agreement or earlier as requested by Client, Contractor will deliver to Client any and all drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices (other than the devices expressly transferred to Contractor under the Separation Agreement), formulas, and documents, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Client Work Product, Third Party Information or Proprietary Information of Client. Contractor further agrees that any property situated on Client's premises and owned by Client, including disks and other storage media, filing cabinets or other work areas, is subject to inspection by Client personnel at any time with or without notice.

Return of Client Property. On termination of this Agreement, SolVu will deliver to the Client all Client property in SolVu’s possession or control or the possession or control of SolVu’s personnel including all Client equipment and all confidential information.
Return of Client Property. Upon termination of my employment or upon Client’s request, I will deliver to Client all Client Materials, and other Client property, equipment, and documents, together with all copies of such items and any items containing or disclosing any Inventions, Third Party Information or Confidential Information in my possession. If requested, I will certify in writing that I have fully complied with this requirement. I will not copy, delete, or alter any information contained in my Client computer or other Client equipment before I return it to Client. In addition, if I have used any personal computer, smartphone or other mobile device, server, or e-mail system to receive, store, review, prepare, or transmit any Client information, including, without limitation, Confidential Information, at Client’s request, then I will provide Client with a computer-useable copy of all such Confidential Information and then permanently delete and expunge such Confidential Information from those systems. I will provide Client access to my system as reasonably requested to verify that the necessary copying or deletion is completed.
Return of Client Property. In the event of the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Vendor shall return to Client within [NUMBER OF BUSINESS DAY] after said termination or expiration of this Agreement all equipment, instruments, documents, materials, and tangible property of Client.

Upon termination of the ---------------------------- Agreement, completion of this Agreement or earlier as requested by Client, Provider will deliver to Client any and all drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, devices, formulas, and documents, together with all copies thereof, and any other material containing or disclosing any Client Work Product, Third Party Information or Proprietary Information of Client. Provider further agrees that any property situated on Provider's premises and owned by Client, including disks and other storage media, filing cabinets or other work areas, is subject to inspection by Client personnel at any time upon Client's 48 hours written notice to Provider.
Return of Client Property. Upon termination, Attorney shall immediately return to Client any and all data, information, computer records and data, business records and files, and any other document, record, trade equipment, supplies, keys, modes of access, or any other material that was furnished by or work products (including digital photographs, data, worksheets, draft and final work product versions) created for the Client during the term of the Agreement. All of the foregoing shall at all times by conclusively owned by the Client and shall be returned and submitted to the Client at the conclusion of each task or sub-task assigned under the Agreement. No files, documents, or other materials will be removed from the Client office to perform the scope of work under this Agreement.
Return of Client Property. On termination of this Consulting Agreement, or at any time Client so requests, Consultant will deliver immediately to Client all property belonging to Client and all material containing or constituting Confidential Information, including any copies in Consultant’s possession or control, whether prepared by Consultant or by others.
Return of Client Property. Upon termination of this Agreement and payment by Client of all amounts due to Consultant under this Agreement, Consultant will deliver to Client any and all documents, prototypes, samples, and other materials (including all copies thereof) in Consultant's possession or control that contain, summarize, or disclose any Intellectual Property provided by or on behalf of Client. In addition, upon Client's request and upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement and upon payment of any amounts due Consultant, Consultant will promptly (a) return to Client or, if so directed by Client, destroy all tangible embodiments of the Confidential Information (in every form and medium) in its possession, (b) permanently erase all electronic files containing or summarizing any Confidential Information, and (c) certify to Client in writing that Consultant has fully complied with the foregoing obligations.
