Return of Company Property and Documents. The Executive agrees that, at the time of termination of his employment, regardless of the reason for termination, he will deliver to Corporation, Bank and their subsidiaries and affiliates, any and all company property, including, but not limited to, keys, security codes or passes, mobile telephones, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, software programs, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any of the aforementioned items developed or obtained by the Executive during the course of his employment.
Return of Company Property and Documents. The Executive agrees that, at the time of termination of his employment, regardless of the reason for termination, he will deliver to ESC and its affiliated companies, any and all company property, including, but not limited to, automobiles, keys, security codes or passes, mobile telephones, pagers, computers, devices, confidential information, records, data, notes, reports, software programs, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any of the aforementioned items obtained by the Executive during the course of his employment.

The Executive agrees that, at the time of termination of her employment, regardless of the reason for termination, she will deliver to Corporation, Bank and their subsidiaries and affiliates, any and all company property, including, but not limited to, keys, security codes or passes, mobile telephones, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, software programs, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any of the aforementioned items developed or obtained by the Executive during the course of her employment.

Employee agrees that, at the time of termination of his employment, regardless of the reason for termination, he will deliver to the Bank and the Corporation and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, any and all company property, including, but not limited to, keys, security codes or passes, mobile telephones, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, software programs, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any of the aforementioned items developed or obtained by Employee during the course of his employment.

Executive further agrees to sign and return the “Termination Certificate” attached hereto as Exhibit “B,” together with all company property within three (3) days of the date of termination of Executive’s employment.

The Executive agrees that, at the time of termination of his employment, regardless of the reason for termination, he will deliver to HNC, any and all Bank, HNC, Millennium, or HMS property, including, but not limited to, automobiles, keys, security codes or passes, mobile telephones, pagers, computers, devices, confidential information, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, software programs, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any of the aforementioned items developed or obtained by the Executive during the course of his employment.

Executive agrees that, at the time of termination of his employment, regardless of the reason for termination, he will deliver to the Bank and its affiliates and subsidiaries, any and all company property, including, but not limited to, keys, security codes or passes, mobile telephones, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, software programs, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any of the aforementioned items developed or obtained by Executive during the course of his employment and keep no copies thereof. The Bank has the right to inspect personal computers and other electronic storage used or believed by the Bank to be used by Executive in the conduct of business hereunder or to violate or circumvent the provisions hereof.

Consultant agrees that, at the time of termination of this Agreement, regardless of the reason for termination, he will deliver to Peoples, Peoples Bank and their subsidiaries, successors, and affiliates, any and all company property, including, but not limited to, keys, security codes or passes, mobile telephones, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, software programs, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any of the aforementioned items developed or obtained by the Consultant during the course of this Agreement.
