Third Party Information definition

Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.
Third Party Information means any trade secret, data, design, interpretation, forecast, formula, method, practice, credit or debit card magnetic strip information, process, record, report or other item of information of a third party not insured under this Coverage Form which is not available to the general public and is provided to the "insured" subject to a mutually executed written confidentiality agreement or which the "insured organization" is legally required to maintain in confidence; however, "third party information" shall not include "personally identifiable information".
