Health of Participants. All Program Participants shall pass a medical examination acceptable to Health Care Facility and prove free of tuberculosis, verified via School Board application paperwork, prior to their participation in the Program at Health Care Facility at least once a year or as otherwise required by Florida law. School Board or the Program Participant shall be responsible for arranging for the Program Participant’s medical care and/or treatment, if necessary, including transportation, in cases of illness or injury while participating in the Program at Health Care Facility. In no event shall Health Care Facility be financially responsible for said medical care and treatment.

School Board or the Program Participant shall be responsible for arranging for the Program Participant’s medical care and/or treatment, if necessary, including transportation, in cases of illness or injury while participating in the Program at Fire Rescue District. In no event shall Fire Rescue District be financially responsible for said medical care and treatment.
Health of Participants. School shall provide to Hospital satisfactory evidence that each Program Participant is free from contagious disease and does not otherwise present a health hazard to Hospital patients, employees, volunteers or guests prior to his or her participation in the Program. Such evidence shall include without limitation the results of a recent tuberculin skin test, chest x-ray and physical examination and evidence of immunity from rubella and measles. School and/or the Program Participant shall be responsible for arranging for the Program Participant’s medical care and/or treatment, if necessary, including transportation in case of illness or injury while participating in the Program at Hospital. In no event shall Hospital be financially or otherwise responsible for said medical care and treatment.

In no event shall Edgemoor DPSNF be financially or otherwise responsible for said medical care and treatment.

Health of Participants. Similar to expectations of staff, the following will be in place to protect the health of our participants.
Health of Participants. Student shall comply with all TMH employee health requirements and Infection Control Policies and Procedures including but not limited to immunizations and screenings for specified communicable diseases as required by TMH, at Student’s cost. TMH shall not be responsible for arranging for Student’s medical care and/or treatment if necessary, including transportation in case of illness or injury while participating in the Program at TMH. Student, at Student’s cost, shall have and maintain appropriate health insurance coverage, as required by TMH, during the term of this Agreement, and Student shall provide proof of such coverage.
