Record Keeping and Reporting by the Committee on Academic Planning and Standards The Registrar (or designee) serves as the secretary to the Committee on Academic Planning and Standards. Minutes of all the Committee on Academic Planning and Standards meetings shall be distributed to committee members by the next regularly called meeting and approved minutes shall be posted electronically for review by interested faculty members. Records of the Committee’s actions shall be deposited with President of the Faculty Senate and the Office of Academic Affairs. The Committee on Academic Planning and Standards shall submit and present an Annual Report to the Faculty Senate at the conclusion of the academic year.

  • Record Keeping and Reporting 15.01 The Accredited Entity shall ensure that:

  • Reporting and Record Keeping CONTRACTOR shall comply with all program and fiscal reporting requirements set forth by appropriate Federal, State and local agencies, and as required by the COUNTY. (c) CONTRACTOR agrees to provide to COUNTY, to any Federal or State department having monitoring or review authority, to COUNTY's authorized representatives, and/or their appropriate audit agencies upon reasonable notice, access to and the right to examine all records and documents necessary to determine compliance with relevant Federal, State, and local statutes, rules and regulations, and this Agreement, and to evaluate the quality, appropriateness and timeliness of services performed.

  • Record Keeping and Audits (a) Seller shall identify, create and safely retain full and detailed accounts and exercise all such controls as may be necessary or helpful for proper financial management, documentation and compliance under this Purchase Order. Seller’s records, books, correspondence, instructions, drawings, receipts, subcontracts, purchase orders, vouchers, memoranda and other data related to this Purchase Order (“Records”) shall be preserved for a period of three (3) years after final payment or for such longer period as may be required by law.

The Employer agrees that the Joint Health and Safety Committee shall concern itself with all matters relating to violence to staff.

  • Recordkeeping and Reporting The Subadvisor shall maintain the records and information required by Rule 31a-1 under the 1940 Act described in Schedule B attached hereto, with respect to the Assets of the Series. In addition, the Subadvisor shall maintain such other records relating to the services the Subadvisor provides under this Agreement as may be required in the future by applicable SEC and other applicable rules, and shall retain such information for such times and in such manner as required by applicable rules, including but not limited to Rule 31a-2 under the 1940 Act. The records maintained by the Subadvisor hereunder shall be the property of the Fund and shall be surrendered promptly upon request; subject, however, to the Subadvisor's right to retain all such records as the Subadvisor is required to maintain under the Advisers Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder; provided, further, that the Fund shall be entitled to make and maintain copies of any records so retained by request.

  • Information and Reporting The Adviser shall provide the Trust and its respective officers with such periodic reports concerning the obligations the Adviser has assumed under this Agreement as the Trust may from time to time reasonably request.
