Representatives of CUPE. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the employer. Such representative(s) shall also have access to the employer’s premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of grievances.

Representatives of CUPE. In the discussion of grievances with the representatives of the University, a representative of CUPE may at any time accompany the Union.
Representatives of CUPE. In the discussion of grievances with representatives of the employer, Stewards or designated Union Representatives may at any time be accompanied by a CUPE National Servicing Representative or a Union representative from CUPE 5791.

Such representative(s) or advisor(s) shall have access to the Employer’s premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of the grievance provided such representative(s) request(s) and receives such permission from the Employer, which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Representatives of CUPE. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the CUPE or any other advisors when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. With prior approval of the Employer such representatives(s)/advisor(s) shall have access to the Employer's premises in order to deal with any matters arising out of this Collective Agreement. Such approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
Representatives of CUPE. The Union will have the right to be represented by a representative of CUPE at all stages of the grievance procedure, during negotiations for the renewal of this Agreement, at Labour Management Committee Meetings and meetings between the Union and the Employer. The Employer agrees that the CUPE representative will have access to the premises during normal working hours to appear at grievance or bargaining meetings or to meet with the Employees. Meetings with Employees will not create an undue disruption of work.

  • Representatives of TEBA and the Association shall meet within 15 operational days to discuss the difference or at such later date that is mutually agreeable to the parties. To the extent that the Provider has any legal rights in the Material, the Provider grants to the User a non-exclusive royalty free, transferable, worldwide licence to use, adapt and modify the Material for the purpose of performing the Project and carrying out its obligations under this Agreement and in accordance with the relevant Clinical Subject consent. Following termination of a Project and upon receipt of a written request by the Provider, the User must promptly return to the Provider (at the Provider’s expense) or destroy any unused Materials.

Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
