Representatives of TEBA and the Association shall meet within 15 operational days to discuss the difference or at such later date that is mutually agreeable to the parties. By mutual agreement of TEBA and the Association, representatives of the School Division affected by the difference may be invited to participate in the discussion about the difference.
Representatives of TEBA and the Association shall meet within fifteen (15) operational days of receiving the written notice to discuss the difference or at such later date that is mutually agreeable to the parties. The Association will give advance notice to TEBA when a grievor plans to attend a central grievance hearing. In such instances, the Association shall bear the expense of the grievor’s attendance including the actual cost of the substitute, including the School Division portion of statutory benefit contributions, as per clause 13.2. TEBA will give advance notice to the Association when a representative of the School Division affected by the difference is attending a central grievance hearing.
