Servicing Representative. Any officer or employee of the Master Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the administration and servicing of Mortgage Loans, whose name and specimen signature appear on a list of servicing representatives furnished by the Master Servicer to the Trustee and the Depositor on the Closing Date, as such list may from time to time be amended.

Servicing Representative means, with respect to the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee, any other Person (including any Sub-Servicer, subcontractor, vendor or agent) retained or engaged thereby to perform any duties in connection with this Agreement or all or any portion of the Trust Fund, the performance of which duties would cause such other Person to be, or result in such other Person being, a Servicer or a Sub-Servicing Function Participant.

Servicing Representative certifying as to the name and address of the Person to which such Mortgage File or such document was delivered and the purpose or purposes of such delivery. Upon receipt of a certificate of a Servicing Representative stating that such Mortgage Loan was liquidated and that all amounts received or to be received in connection with such liquidation that are required to be deposited into the Collection Account have been so deposited, or that such Mortgage Loan has become an REO Property, a copy of the Request for Release shall be released by the Trust Administrator to the Master Servicer or its designee.

  • Primary Servicing Agreement means, with respect to each Primary Servicer, the agreement between such Primary Servicer and the Master Servicer, dated as of August 1, 2004, under which such Primary Servicer services the Mortgage Loans and, if applicable, the Serviced Companion Loan set forth on the schedule attached thereto.

  • Note A-1 Special Servicer means the special servicer under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).
