Nurse Representatives. The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
Nurse Representatives. The Employer agrees to recognize three (3) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
Nurse Representatives. The Association may appoint up to fifteen (15) Nurse Representatives. These representatives and five (5) local Association officers shall be allowed to participate in the pool of paid hours referenced in Section 2.5.1. The Association shall notify the appropriate Human Resources Director of any changes of the names of the Nurse Representatives or local Association officers. * * * *
Nurse Representatives a. The Association may appoint up to the following number of Nurse Representatives per Agency:
Nurse Representatives. The Employer agrees to recognize two nurse representatives, to be elected or appointed by the Union. The Union shall advise the Employer of the names of all nurse representatives.
Nurse Representatives. There shall be a nurse representative from each of the three (3) different areas of the Hospital.
Nurse Representatives. The Union shall advise the Hospital of the nurses serving on committees, it being agreed that there shall be no more than six (6) nurse representatives in the Hospital (at least three (3) per site), one (1) to be the Bargaining Unit President, or her appointee. In the event a nurse representative is not readily available in a designated area, another nurse representative or another member of the Bargaining Unit Executive may substitute on a temporary basis.
Nurse Representatives. Bargaining unit nurse representatives shall be released from duty on paid time to attend disciplinary and grievance meetings when staffing allows.
Nurse Representatives. There shall be twenty-five (25) nurse representatives, or where no representative is available, an identified alternate ONA representative, one (1) from each unit of the Hospital, including one (1) nurse representative from the part-time. An executive member may function as a nurse representative.
Nurse Representatives. The Hospital acknowledges the right of the Association to appoint or otherwise select one nurse representative for each nursing unit.
