RENTAL RATES AND CHARGES. 8.1 The Client agrees to pay Tempest the rental rates plus all other charges and fees opted for or utilised by the Client, as set out in the Rental Agreement, up and until the Vehicle is returned, including but not limited to miscellaneous charges, airport surcharges, tourism levy, Claims Administration Fee, Document Administration Fee, Traffic Fine Administration Fee, Rental Overdue Administration Fee, one way fee, over the border charges, delivery fee (including delivery fuel charges), collection fee, Super or Standard Waiver option charges, Personal Accident Insurance (if applicable), Windscreen and Tyre Waiver, Minor Damage Waiver, Excess Distance Charge, fuel, toll fees (including Gauteng E-toll fees), toll administration fee, Additional Driver(s) fee, all taxes due and payable on rental rates (which ever of these fees and / or costs may be applicable). RENTAL RATES AND CHARGES. 9.1. The Renter, Driver or Additional Driver agrees to pay the Lessor the Rates plus all other charges and fees payable by the Renter as contemplated in the Rental Form or Rental Agreement or any official quote or brochure for the duration of the Rental Period, including but not limited to airport surcharges, any applicable Levies, Valet Fees, Drop Fees, Contract Fees and Loss/ Damage Administration Fee.

RENTAL RATES AND CHARGES. 8.1 The renter agrees to pay the company the rental rates plus all other charges and fees opted for or utilized by the renter reflected on the rental agreement/quotation up and until the vehicle is returned, including but not limited to miscellaneous charges, Deposit of R5000, delivery fee (if applicable), collection fee (if applicable), and/or all taxes due and payable on rental rates, other charges and fees.

The Customer agrees to pay the Company the rental rates plus all other charges and fees opted for or utilised by the Customer as set out in the Rental Agreement until the Vehicle is returned, including but not limited to miscellaneous charges, airport surcharges, tourism levies, Claim Administration Fees, Document Administration Fees, Traffic Administration Fees, drop-off fees, over the border charges, delivery fees, collection fees, fuel, toll fees, all taxes payable (whichever are applicable).

The Renter shall be liable for all fines, penalties and similar expenses including but not limited to parking, traffic and other offences, as a result of the use of the vehicle during the rental period and the Renter accordingly indemnifies the Company against all such liability;

A comprehensive schedule of Somerset View GH rental rates and charges can be viewed on the Website. 8.2 In determining the charges, the distance travelled by the Vehicle (where required) shall be determined from the Vehicle’s odometer, or if this is not possible for any reason, by Somerset View GH in its sole discretion, on any other fair and reasonable basis and the Client shall be obliged to provide all such information and assistance as Somerset View GH may require for that purpose. If the odometer has been tampered with, the kilometres travelled will be deemed to be 1,000 kilometres per day. 8.3 The Client shall be liable for all fines (excluding fines issued for expired vehicle licenses), penalties and similar expenses including but not limited to parking, traffic and other offences (whichever may be applicable), as a result of the use of the Vehicle during the Rental Period and the Client accordingly indemnifies Somerset View GH against all such liability. Somerset View GH will re-direct all fines, penalties and / or similar charges directly to the Client for payment and in cases where this is not possible, will add all fines, penalties and / or similar charges that accumulated on the Vehicle during the Rental Period onto the Client’s account. 8.4 In the event that any Additional Equipment (if applicable) is lost or damaged, the Client will be liable for the replacement value thereof. RENTAL RATES AND CHARGES. 8.1. The client agrees to pay the rental rates plus all other charges and fees opted for or services utilised by the client and reflected on the rental agreement up to and including the time of return of the vehicle, including but not limited to miscellaneous charges, airport surcharges, tourism levy, Claims Administration Fee, Contract Fee, Traffic Fine Administration Fee, one way fee, over border charges, delivery fee, collection fee, Collision Damage Waiver Fee (CDW), Theft Loss Waiver (TLW), fuel and refuelling charges, any fuel levies, additional driver(s) fee and/or all taxes due and payable in the rental rates, other charges and fees.

The Company will levy a young driver surcharge reflected on the rental agreement where the Rental/Driver is younger than 25 years of age. The young driver surcharge is subject to change without notification.
