Collection Fees. If collection fees are assessed or attorney’s fees are expended by the University in the process of obtaining unpaid housing charges, the student will be responsible for the payment of those fees in addition to the unpaid housing charges.
Collection Fees. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Company shall pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees and all costs of suit and preparation for such suit (and whether at trial or appellate level), in the event the unpaid principal amount of this Note, or any payment of Interest is not paid when due, or in the event Holder is made party to any litigation because of the existence of the Indebtedness evidenced by this Note, or if at any time Holder should incur any attorneys' fees in any proceeding under the Federal Bankruptcy Code (or other similar laws for the protection of debtors generally) in order to collect any Indebtedness hereunder or to preserve, protect or realize upon any security for, or guarantee or surety of, such Indebtedness whether suit be brought or not, and whether through courts of original jurisdiction, as well as in courts of appellate jurisdiction, or through a bankruptcy court or other legal proceedings.
Collection Fees. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to pay all fees and costs, including collection fees, which are based on a maximum percentage of 40% of the debt, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, the College incurs in such collection efforts, or in legal proceedings to collect or enforce your indebtedness.
Collection Fees. If this Note is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, and if it is collected through any legal proceedings at law or in equity or in bankruptcy, receivership or other court proceedings, the Company hereby undertakes to pay all costs and expenses of collection including, but not limited to, court costs and the reasonable attorney's fees of Holder.
Collection Fees. In the event that Broker institutes any action for the collection of amounts due under the terms of this Agreement, Owner shall pay, in addition to the amounts due, all reasonable costs and attorney fees incurred by Broker in connection with collecting under this Agreement.
Collection Fees. If this note is placed with a legal representative for collection, then Borrower agrees to pay an attorney's fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the voluntary balance. This fee will be added to the unpaid balance of the loan. Co-borrowers: Any Co-borrowers signing this agreement agree to be likewise accountable with the borrower for this loan. Collection Fees. For purposes of determining the balance of the Loans outstanding, Lender will credit (conditional upon final collection) all such payments to Borrowers’ account upon receipt by Lender of good funds in dollars of the United States of America in Lender’s account, provided, however, for purposes of computing interest on the Obligations, Lender will credit (conditional upon final collection) all such payments to Borrowers’ account three (3) Business Days after receipt by Lender of good funds in dollars of the United States of America in Lender’s account. Any amount received by Lender after 12:00 noon (New York time) on any Business Day shall be deemed received on the next Business Day.
Collection Fees. If in the course of collecting any money you may owe us we incur expenses or fees, we may take those from your account, including attorneys’ fees unless applicable law prohibits us from doing so because a law suit was not instituted. If there are not sufficient available funds in your account to cover these expenses or fees, the unpaid balance of such fees or expenses is your responsibility.
Collection Fees. You shall pay on demand all of Our reasonable fees and other costs incurred by Us to collect any fees or charges due Us under this Agreement.

We require proper identification to open a new account, consistent with our Customer Identification Program. We may also require identification to process transactions against an account.
