Fuel Charges. Consultant at its own expense is liable for all fuel costs related to performance. No fuel surcharges will be accepted or paid by City.
Fuel Charges. Charges shall be supported by documentation of actual fuel consumption and amount paid. Said documentation shall include copies of actual xxxxxxxx for fuel.
Fuel Charges. If you choose to return the vehicle without refueling the tank, we will charge you a refueling charge. The refueling charge varies depending on where in the country the vehicle is returned and final information about the actual charge will be provided when you pick up the vehicle.
Fuel Charges. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall pay all charges related to fuel and toll fare used during the period of the Vehicle Rental Contract.

Fuel Charges. The charter price for the Flight(s) contracted for herein, or any amendments thereto, reflect in part the projected average fuel consumption at a certain assumed price of fuel (see base fuel price). The charter price is subject to increase by a U.S. dollar amount equal to any additional sum that GLOBALX must pay for such fuel prices higher than assumed in accordance with Section 9 of this Agreement, as set forth.
Fuel Charges the Supplier agrees to charge eligible Fuel Program recipients using the Supplier's normal billing process. The Supplier will carry forward any credit balances for fuel up to April 30. For Discount off Retail (DOR) and Margin over Rack (MOR) Pricing Agreements, the Supplier agrees that the price of the product purchased with LIHEAP funds shall be no more than the price as determined under the terms of the executed applicable Pricing Agreement(s) with the Office of Fuel & Utility Assistance.
Fuel Charges. All equipment will ship from Lessor location full of fuel. Equipment being returned to the Lessor at conclusion of the rental is to be filled with fuel. Any fuel added to equipment upon return will be charged to Lessee at contract closure.
Fuel Charges. CUSTOMER agrees to pay for fuel for all injections and withdrawals to COMPANY. The fuel charges for injections and withdrawals shall be as per Union’s Market Price Service Schedule, as last adopted by Union from time to time and as posted to Union’s website, Part (C) Pricing, Storage Services, Commodity Charges, if Shipper (as that term is defined within such document) supplies fuel.
