Delivery Fee. As defined in Section 6.1(a)(i).
Delivery Fee. C2.1 Subject to Clause H4.3, Clause C6 and Clause H7.1 and provided that the requirements of Schedule 7.1 (Fees and Payment) are met the Authority shall pay the Delivery Fee to the Supplier. Delivery Fee. No later than five (5) calendar days after the date of this Agreement, the Buyer shall pay a fee (the “Delivery Fee”) to the Seller in an amount equal to $100,000.00. In the event that the Buyer executes and delivers the Promissory Note on the Closing Date, the Delivery Fee shall be credited against the Facility Fee (as defined below).

Escrow Agent will incur no liability for any delay reasonably required to obtain such advice of counsel..
Delivery Fee. The first 25 miles between the Trailer Home and the Trailer Site is included in the Base Rent. However, an additional $2.80 per mile will be added for delivery distances beyond 25 miles.

Delivery Fee. A delivery fee may be added to your order. Any such fee is not a gratuity for the delivery personnel who delivers or is otherwise involved with the delivery of your order and will not be given to any such delivery personnel as a gratuity.
