Damage Waiver Fee definition

Damage Waiver Fee means the amount calculated as the Damage Waiver Fee to be paid by the Client if evidence of insurance is not provided to ERS Johnson as provided in clause 20.

Damage Waiver Fee means the damage waiver fee specified in the Quotation, which may, or may not, apply depending on the individual Quotation.

Damage Waiver Fee means the loss and damage waiver fee set out in the Quotation, and if no such fee is set out, then a fee equal to 12% of the total Hire Charge for the Period of Hire.
