Regular Days Off. 9 Each 4/40 Employee shall have three RDOs per week, including at least two consecutive 10 days.
Regular Days Off. SJCO's regular work shifts shall have consecutive regular days off (RDO). SJCO's shall not be scheduled to a regular work shift that includes split RDOs.

Regular Days Off. Regular days off that fall immediately before or after an employee's annual vacation period shall be considered a part of that annual vacation period. The employee shall enjoy the same protections against call back, standby, on call, or forced overtime during those scheduled regular days off as he/she does during the annual vacation period itself.
Regular Days Off. Employees shall have a designated RDO. Temporary changes to RDOs may be permitted subject to the staffing needs of the Department. It is intended that the RDO process provide flexibility to allow the Department and employees the ability to administer and participate in Safety Watches and the SOD system. Employees must obtain prior approval of a supervisor to change or work their RDO consistent with F-351 instructions in the Manual of Operation. Failure to secure prior approval may result in discipline.
Regular Days Off a) The following clause is applicable to full-time and pro-rated employees only working 8 hour shifts An employee will not be scheduled to work more than seven (7) consecutive days without their consent. Four (4) days off will be scheduled for each fourteen (14) days. In any two (2) week period at least two (2) consecutive days off will be scheduled. The remaining two (2) days off may be split. If an employee is required to work on an eighth (8th) consecutive day, she will be paid time and one-half (1 ½) for all hours worked on the 8th and 9th consecutive shifts unless the employee has requested to work.
Regular Days Off. 33.01 Every Operator will be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1½) for work performed on his regular day off.
Regular Days Off. Extra bus and train operators shall be allowed two (2) consecutive days off per week. The Company shall prepare from time to time, as needed, a schedule, which shall enable extra operators to select or "pick" on a seniority basis their scheduled days off.
