Effective May 1, 1998, employees on the compressed work week schedule shall be granted five (5), twelve (12) hour Special (Personal) Floating Holidays per contract year, as outlined in Subject XXIV Twelve (12) Hour Shifts, Section 10 (a).

Twelve (12) Hour Shifts Whenever an employee's regularly scheduled working hours are changed by the Company, that is, both starting and finishing times changed, the employee shall be paid at the rate of double time for the employee’s first working shift following such change, unless notice of such change has been given to the employee by the Company twenty- four (24) hours or more prior to the old starting time or the new starting time, whichever is the earlier.
