Recording of calls. For the purpose of protecting the mutual interests of the IF and the Client, as well as for the purpose of complying (and monitoring compliance with) the Applicable Regulations, we may record telephone conversations and you consent accordingly to the recording or transcription by any other means of your telephone communications with the our employees, including those that relate to the reception, transmission and execution of the Client’s orders, even if those conversations or communications do not result in the conclusion of transactions or in the provision of Services.
