Recording of Conversations. Each party (i) consents to the recording of telephone conversations between the trading, marketing and other relevant personnel of the parties in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction, (ii) agrees to obtain any necessary consent of, and give any necessary notice of such recording to, its relevant personnel and (iii) agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, that recordings may be submitted in evidence in any Proceedings.
Recording of Conversations. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges and agrees to the tape recording of conversations between the parties to this Agreement whether by one or other or both of the parties.
Recording of Conversations. Customer is aware that the BNPP Entities may record conversations between any of them and Customer or Customer’s representatives relating to the matters referred to in this Agreement and Customer has no objection and hereby agrees to such recording.

Each party to this Transaction acknowledges and agrees to the tape (and/or other electronic) recording of conversations between the parties to this Transaction whether by one or other or both of the parties or their agents, and that any such recordings may be submitted in evidence in any Proceedings relating to the Form Master Agreement and/or this Transaction.
Recording of Conversations. 26.1. The Client acknowledges, accepts and consents the fact that the Company will record and/or produce a written record of telephone conversations, internet based conversations (chat) and meeting minutes between the Company and the Client.
Recording of Conversations. Each party hereto consents to the recording of its telephone conversations pursuant to this Agreement. To the extent that one party records telephone conversations (the “Recording Party”) and the other party does not (the “Non-Recording Party”), the Recording Party shall, in the event of any dispute, make a complete and unedited copy of such party’s tape of the entire day’s conversations with the Non-Recording Party’s personnel available to the Non-Recording Party. The Recording Party’s tapes may be used by either party in any forum in which a dispute is sought to be resolved and the Recording Party will retain tapes for a consistent period of time in accordance with the Recording Party’s policy unless one party notifies the other that a particular transaction is under review and warrants further retention.
Recording of Conversations. For compliance and monitoring purposes, Client authorizes each Coinbase Entity at its sole discretion to record conversations between such Coinbase Entity and Client or its Authorized Representatives relating to this Coinbase Prime Broker Agreement, the Prime Broker Account and the Prime Broker Services.
Recording of Conversations. Each of the BNPP Entities and Customer is aware that each party may record conversations between any of the parties or parties’ representatives relating to the matters referred to in this Agreement and no party has any objection and hereby agrees to such recording.
