MUTUAL INTERESTS. The economic interest of the Employer and the Employees is better served through the expressed cooperation of the Employer and the Union. Close contact and a mutual sympathetic interest between the Employer and the Employees will develop a better working system which will tend to constantly improve distribution, production and service, while improving the relationship between the Employer, the Employees, and our customers.
MUTUAL INTERESTS. The Association and the District are committed to achieving the following mutual interests:
MUTUAL INTERESTS. The Employer and the OPBA agree that the grievance procedures provided herein are adequate to provide a fair and final determination of all grievances arising under this Agreement. It is the desire of the Employer and the OPBA to avoid work stoppages and strikes.

The Company and Union will endeavor to create programs, procedures and policies which will define Nevada Power Company and IBEW Local No. 396 as leaders in providing and promoting a safe workplace. The Company shall make reasonable provisions for the safety of employees in the performance of their work. The Union shall cooperate in promoting the realization of the responsibility of the individual employee with regard to the prevention of accidents.
MUTUAL INTERESTS. The Sublicensor and the Sublicensees agree that it is in their mutual interests that the character and quality of the Licensed Uses with which the Trade-Marks are associated be (i) of the highest quality, (ii) in accordance with all applicable laws and (iii) in accordance with sound commercial practices and that the Trade-Marks be used by the Sublicensor and the Sublicensees and their Subsidiaries in a manner that allows the Sublicensor and the Sublicensees and their Subsidiaries to maintain their individual corporate identities and to maintain the distinctiveness of the Trade-Marks.

MUTUAL INTERESTS. Subject to applicable statutes and regulations, it is understood that trustees, officers, beneficial shareholders, or agents of the Trust or the Funds may be interested in the Adviser as directors, officers, stockholders, agents, or otherwise; and that the directors, officers, stockholders, and agents of the Adviser may be interested in the Trust or the Funds otherwise than as directors, officers, or agents. 4.
MUTUAL INTERESTS. The Parties intend to meet as needed or appropriate to discuss mutual interests in vendor marketing, advertising, system customization and enhancements, procurement activities, contract award information and other shared interests as raised by the Parties.
MUTUAL INTERESTS. 1. The Employer and the Union recognize that it is in the best interests of both parties, the employees, and the public that all dealings between them continue to be characterized by mutual responsibility and respect. To ensure that this relationship continues and improves, the Employer and The Union and their respective representatives at all levels will apply the terms of this agreement fairly in accord with its intent and meaning and consistent with the Union's status as exclusive bargaining representative of all employees covered by this agreement.
