Dispute or disagreement. In the event of any dispute or disagreement as to the interpretation of the Plan, or as to any question or right arising from or related to the Plan or to any Awards granted under it, the decision of the Board is final and binding.

Dispute or disagreement. As a condition of the granting of this option, the Optionee agrees that any dispute or disagreement which may arise under or as a result of or pursuant to this Agreement shall be determined by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion, and that any interpretation by the Board of Directors of the terms of this Agreement shall be final, binding and conclusive.
