Recording of calls. If the Client gives instructions by telephone, the Client’s conversation will be recorded. APM may record telephone conversations without use of a warning tone to ensure that the material terms of the Transaction, and any other material information relating to the Transaction is promptly and accurately recorded. Such records will be APM’s sole property and accepted by the Client as evidence of the orders or instructions given.
