When the School District advertises and/or publicizes the benefits of or opportunities for dual credit, including but not limited to academic designations, awards received or tuition saved, the School District will recognize Brazosport College as their Higher Education partner. The School District is encouraged to collaborate with the Brazosport College Office of Marketing and Communication on advertising and publicity. The School District is granted permission to use the BC logo provided by the Office of Marketing and Communication.

  • Union Education If the local union indicates to the Hospital that its members have approved a special assessment for union education in accordance with the CUPE constitution and local union by laws, the Hospital agrees to deduct this assessment.   • Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.

  • Paid Education Leave The Company agrees to pay into a special fund, one (1¢) cent per hour per employee for all compensated hours for the purpose of providing paid education leave. Such leave will be for upgrading the employee skills in all aspects of trade union functions.
