Receipt of Equipment the equipment listed under item (1) will be delivered by the vendor to MDT in Missoula, MT. The City of Missoula agrees to receive the equipment from MDT Equipment Shop located in Missoula, MT, and to bear the cost of transporting the equipment to their locale. The City of Missoula agrees to activate the warranty and title of the equipment upon receipt from MDT. The City of Missoula agrees to maintain the Project equipment at a high level of safety and mechanical soundness.
Receipt of Equipment. As the account holder, you are primarily liable for the cable modem and associated equipment. For your convenience, if you are unavailable at the time of scheduled installation, you may appoint any creditworthy person over the age of 18 to accept the modem and associated equipment on your behalf. The installer will require an equipment acknowledgement from that person at the time of the installation. This will not relieve you of responsibility for the modem and associated equipment. Therefore, it is important that you select someone trustworthy to be at the installation appointment.
Receipt of Equipment. The HIRER’S representative’s acknowledgment of receipt of the equipment by signing the delivery docket shall be conclusive evidence of the receipt of the equipment listed therein in good order and condition. If delivery takes place in accordance with the HIRER’S instructions and no representative of the HIRER’S is available to take delivery, delivery of the equipment detailed in the delivery docket will be deemed to have taken place even in the absence of the HIRER’S representative’s signature, and a certificate from the OWNER shall be conclusive evidence of the time, date and location of such delivery, and the start date of the HIRER’S hire. 8 SPECIFIED TIME FOR DELIVERY No liability whatsoever shall be accepted for failure to deliver on time or at all. Delay in delivery in part or in full shall not entitle the HIRER to any damages or claims whatsoever against the OWNER resulting from such failure to deliver.
Receipt of Equipment. Merchant warrants that it has completed the voice verification acknowledging the proper customization of the Equipment prior to shipping and has completed an Installation Sign-Off form acknowledging receipt of the Equipment. Upon signing this form Merchant accepts the Equipment, Software, and customization as set forth herein. Any additional customization of equipment after completion of the verification shall be at additional cost to Merchant.
Receipt of Equipment. With respect to any purchase order issued by Lessee pursuant hereto, Lessee agrees to perform all obligations of the purchaser in the time and manner required thereby. Without limiting the foregoing, upon receipt and acceptance by Lessee of any Equipment, Lessee shall execute and deliver to Lessor a Schedule describing all units of Equipment so received and accepted by Lessee (together with evidence of the insurance required by Section 10(e) of the Facilities Agreement). As between Lessor and Lessee, receipt and acceptance of any Equipment by Lessee from the Supplier shall be deemed to be an unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of such Equipment by Lessee for all purposes of the Lease and the applicable Schedule; provided that no such receipt and acceptance shall constitute a waiver of any Claims Lessee or Lessor may have against any Supplier or any other Person..
Receipt of Equipment. The Undersigned acknowledges Student’s receipt of the Equipment in good and working condition. THE UNDERSIGNED SHALL NOTIFY VLN WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE EQUIPMENT OF ANY DAMAGE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE EQUIPMENT. If the Undersigned fails to provide such notice within that time the Equipment shall be deemed in good and working condition upon receipt by Student and/or the Undersigned.
Receipt of Equipment. The FIRE DISTRICT acknowledges receipt of the following equipment donated by the Shreveport Fire Department to the FIRE DISTRICT, ("Donated Equipment"):
Receipt of Equipment. Customer will acknowledge receipt of the described Equipment upon delivery and installation of the Equipment at Customer’s desired location. Customer will examine the Equipment at the time of delivery to Customer and acknowledge that the Equipment is in good and serviceable condition, and that Customer accepts the Equipment in its existing “AS IS” condition. Once set up of the tent structure is complete, the Customer is entirely responsible and liable for all damage, claims and injuries.
Receipt of Equipment. By signing this Agreement the Customer warrants that it has inspected the Equipment and it is conclusively presumed, as between Lessor and Customer, that Customer acknowledges the Equipment is in good condition and repair and that Customer is satisfied with and has accepted the Equipment in such good condition and repair. Customer further agrees that the Equipment shall be returned to Lessor in the same condition as it was received, and that Customer shall be responsible for any and all loss or damage to the Equipment or any part there of from the time it is delivered until it is returned to Lessor.
Receipt of Equipment. You can pick up the Computer at the Information Technology Services Division, or at the designated location and time. You will need to show a receipt for payment. You should inspect the Computer and sign the Computer Receipt Form. You must notify us, at delivery time, of any damage to, non-conformance of, or discrepancies with the Computer. If you fail to provide such notice before accepting delivery, you will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the Computer in good working order.
