Other Publicity. Except as set forth in this Section, neither party may issue a news release, public announcement, advertisement or any other form of publicity concerning this Agreement without the express prior written approval of the other party.
Other Publicity. Beginning on the Release Date, Customer agrees to (a) mention Ask Jeeves in directly related press releases; (b) consider including mentions of Ask Jeeves in relevant promotions and advertisements and, if requested to do so by Ask Jeeves, not to unreasonably withhold consent; and (c) prominently display the "Powered by Ask Jeeves" logo on the question confirmation page, with a link from such logo to the corporate systems information page on the Ask Jeeves website.
Other Publicity. The Supplier must first obtain the COUNCIL’s prior written permission if it wishes to promote itself in respect of the provision of the Product and/or Services or involvement with the COUNCIL.

In the absence of specific agreement between the Parties, neither Party shall originate any publicity, news release or public announcement, written or oral, whether to the public or press, relating to the terms of this Agreement save only such announcements as are required by law to be made provided, however, it is understood that Indevus or its Affiliates may make disclosure of this Agreement and the terms hereof in any filings required by SEC, may file this Agreement as an exhibit to any filing with the SEC and may distribute or make any such filing in the ordinary course of its business. Any such announcements shall be factual and as brief as possible. If a Party decides to make an announcement required by law, it will give the other Party reasonably sufficient time prior to public release, of the text of the announcement so that the other Party will have an opportunity to comment upon the announcement, provided, however that such right of review shall only apply for the first time that specific information is to be disclosed, and shall not apply to the subsequent disclosure of substantially similar information that has previously been disclosed.
Other Publicity. We will design flyers, posters, and other materials throughout the process as needed. We will also work with staff as needed to develop content for Social Media and online to advertise public events and workshops. Partnering with advocates who have a strong following is important to success.
Other Publicity. Neither party shall issue any publicity or press release involving or affecting the other party or the Licensed Business, without the other party’s prior consent, except as required by law. Neither party shall refer to this Agreement, the Licensed Business or the other party in any prospectus, annual report or other filing except to the extent required by Federal or state law or by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Licensee shall always follow Company’s written policies in the Marketing Manual regarding interacting with the media.

Other Publicity. Licensee shall not issue any publicity or press release regarding its relationship with Sears, or regarding the Licensed Business, without the prior consent of Sears. Licensee shall not refer to this Agreement, the Licensed Business or Sears in any prospectus, annual report or other filing, except to the extent required by federal or state law, and then only after notifying Sears in writing a reasonable time prior to each disclosure and using reasonable efforts to cooperate with Sears to enable Sears to obtain an appropriate protective order or other restrictions on disclosure. Licensee shall not refer to this Agreement, the Licensed Business or Sears in the solicitation of business without obtaining Sears' prior written approval. Licensee shall at all times adhere to Sears' written policies regarding interaction with the media as contained in the Marketing Manual.
Other Publicity lnvictus may identify Client as a customer of lnvictus on the website of lnvictus and in electronic, online and printed marketing materials of lnvictus and in xxxxxx xxxxx releases of lnvictus, including by using and displaying the business name and logo of Client for that purpose.
