Public Service Messages. During the entire Term of this Agreement and any extension, Developer shall make advertising space on the digital display face on the New Digital Billboard Face available to the appropriate agencies for the purposes of displaying “Amber Alert” or other emergency messages, at no cost, and in accordance with local and regional emergency protocols.

Public Service Messages. As further consideration for the City’s Agreement to allow Xxxxx to develop the Relocated Billboards, City shall be entitled to use of advertising space on the Signs on an “as available” basis; provided, however, that messages placed by City on the Signs must be limited to non-profit, public service messages (hereinafter “Public Service Messages”). The term Public Service Message shall expressly exclude any message advertising any business, company or event where such message would have a direct and tangible economic benefit to a private, for-profit company. For all Public Service Messages, City shall be responsible for providing Lamar with the advertising copy. Lamar shall not be responsible for producing or substantially modifying any advertising copy for a Public Service Message, and shall have 48 hours after receipt and approval of advertising copy to display the Public Service Message.
Public Service Messages. XXX agrees to display Public Service Messages as part of the museum signage, from time to time as requested by the City. The City shall notify MCM fifteen (15) days prior to the Publ ic Service Messages being displayed, except in the case of Emergency/Advisory Messages, which are not subject to the time provisions described herein. The City shall provide MCM with the required formatted media in order for the Public Service Messages and/or Emergency/ Advisory Messages to be displayed as scheduled. MCM shall not be responsible for the creation, formatting, or design of the Public Service Messages. MCM and the City shall coordinate the display time and schedule of when the Public Service Messages and/or Emergency/Advisory Messages shall run on an case by case basis. The Public Service Messages may run in coordination with other museum signage.
Public Service Messages. The Union, cognizant of the importance and need of motion pictures to the welfare of our country, will follow a liberal policy in granting waivers of use fees for the use of motion picture messages produced for the Armed Services, State Department, other governmental agencies and non-profit welfare and public service agencies which are telecast under the auspices and on behalf of any such services or agencies, including local government agencies and non-profit institutions, such as museums, the city zoo or libraries. The foregoing statement of policy does not apply to the minimum fee per commercial for both session and first cycle of use. To obtain a waiver of use fees for a public service announcement the Producer/Advertising Agency must first request a waiver from the Union. Upon granting of such request for a waiver the Producer/Advertising Agency must obtain the written permission of each performer stating that the performer(s) agree to waive use fees for a period not to exceed one year. A copy of this written statement shall be sent to the Union office along with a copy of the employment contract. 2013 SAG-AFTRA COLORADO LIMITED LETTER OF ADHERENCE FOR RADIO RECORDED COMMERCIALS REGIONAL CONTRACT We hereby acknowledge receipt of the national 2013 SAG-AFTRA Radio Recorded Commercials Contract, and except as conditioned or modified in this Limited Letter of Adherence, agree to become party to, abide by, and conform to the terms and conditions thereof.
