Boundaries Sample Clauses

Boundaries. To the best of Borrower's knowledge, after due inquiry, all of the improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of the Property lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Property, and no easements or other encumbrances upon the Property encroach upon any of the improvements, so as to affect the value or marketability of the Property except those which are insured against by title insurance.
Boundaries. (a) To Borrower’s knowledge and in reliance on, and except as otherwise specifically disclosed on a Survey, none of the Improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of the any Individual Property lie outside the boundaries and building restriction lines of such Individual Property to any material extent, and (b) no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the such Individual Property and no easements or other encumbrances upon such Individual Property encroach upon any of the Improvements so as to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Boundaries. (i) There is no dispute involving or concerning the location of the lines and corners of the Property; (ii) to Seller’s knowledge there are no encroachments on the Property and no portion of the Property is located within any “Special Flood Hazard Areadesignated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and/or Federal Emergency Management Agency, or in any area similarly designated by any agency or other governmental authority; and (iii) no portion of the Property is located within a watershed area imposing restrictions upon the use of the Property or any part thereof.
Boundaries. Except as may be disclosed in the Survey delivered prior to the Closing Date, all of the Improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of the Property lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Property, and no easements or other encumbrances upon the Property encroach upon any of the Improvements, so as to adversely affect the value or marketability of the Property except those easements or other encumbrances with respect to which the Title Insurance Policy insures against any losses resulting therefrom.

Boundaries. Except as disclosed by the Surveys, all of the material improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of each Individual Property, excluding parking spaces, lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of such Individual Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon such Individual Property, and no easements or other encumbrances upon the applicable Individual Property encroach upon any of the improvements, so as to affect the value or marketability of the applicable Individual Property except those which are insured against by the Title Insurance Policy.
Boundaries. Except to the extent indicated on a Survey, all of the Improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of each Property lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of such Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon any Property, and no easements or other encumbrances affecting any Property encroach upon any of the Improvements, so as to affect the value or marketability of any Property, except those, if any, which are set forth on the related Survey and insured against by the applicable Title Insurance Policy.
Boundaries. Except as otherwise shown on the Survey with respect to any Individual Property, all of the Improvements on such Individual Property which were included in determining the appraised value of such Individual Property lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of such Individual Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon such Individual Property, and no easements or other encumbrances upon such Individual Property encroach upon any of the Improvements on such Individual Property.
Boundaries. Except to the extent affirmatively insured over under the title policies and except for matters that, either individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Mortgaged Property MAE, (i) none of the Improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of the any Mortgaged Property lie outside the boundaries and building restriction lines of such Mortgaged Property to any material extent, and (ii) no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the such Mortgaged Property and no easements or other encumbrances upon such Mortgaged Property encroach upon any of the Improvements so as to materially affect the value or marketability of such Mortgaged Property.
Boundaries. Boundaries may only be used in conjunction with a Mapbox Map, and you may not (and may not permit any third party to) trace or otherwise derive or extract content, data and/or information from Boundaries. You may only access Boundaries via the Mapbox APIs (i.e., not as a data file).
