Minimum Fee. The Minimum Fee applies if on termination the total fees due are less than the Minimum Fee. Where cancellation of this Agreement is unavoidable due to circumstances beyond the control of either party, the Minimum Fee may not apply and any pre-payments will be returned to the person entitled to them, less any expenses reasonably incurred to the date of cancellation. The Minimum Fee will also apply if the Agent introduces a Tenant to the Property, who finds the Property as a result of the Agents marketing efforts, or the Tenant is otherwise introduced to the Property during the Agents period of sole agency, and enters into a Tenancy Agreement with the Landlord.
Minimum Fee. The minimum fee for unloading at Transfer Sites shall be:
Minimum Fee. In the event that Customer fails to sell to SYSTRAN the Minimum Anticipated Volume in any month, Customer shall pay a minimum fee to SYSTRAN which shall be equal to the amount obtained when the Minimum Anticipated Volume is multiplied by the current Service Fees reflected on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and as referenced in section 3.1 above, or as amended by SYSTRAN from time to time as reflected in Customer’s daily settlement statement (the “Minimum Fee”). The Minimum Fee owing by Customer pursuant to this paragraph may be deducted from Customer’s funding. In the event that Customer fails to sell the Minimum Anticipated Volume per month for each of any two consecutive months (the “Low Volume Period”), Customer’s Service fee will be increased at the beginning of the month immediately following the Low Volume Period at SYSTRAN’s discretion. At SYSTRAN’s discretion, the Service Fee will be returned to the last fee in effect should Customer’s monthly purchase volume exceed the Minimum Anticipated Volume per month for each of two consecutive months.

The Minimum Fee will also apply and be payable if the Agent introduces a Tenant to the Property who finds the property as a result of the Agent’s marketing efforts, or the Tenant is otherwise introduced to the Property during the Agent’s period of sole agency, and enters into a Tenancy Agreement or tenancy for the Property irrespective of whether or not the Tenancy is finalised by the Agent and whether or not the Agent is the effective cause of the introduction or Tenancy.
Minimum Fee. The minimum fee for a Resident Choreographer shall be as required by Clause 13:01 and the per performance royalty shall be no less than the royalty required under Clause 9:03. 10:00 PAYMENT OF FEES Preamble For the purpose of Article 10:00, "fee" is defined to include all money owed to the Artist including contractual weekly fee, payment for additional services, per diem and any other compensation included in the Agreement.
Minimum Fee. The Contractor will incur a minimum fee of three (3) hours for any temporary, off-duty employment, pursuant to the fee schedule in paragraph #13 of this Agreement.
Minimum Fee. The minimum annual total of Monthly Fees paid by FRANCHISEE (the "Minimum Fee") shall be as specified in Section 5 of Exhibit A. If in any Agreement Year, the total Monthly Fees paid by FRANCHISEE in such Agreement Year are less than the Minimum Fee for such Agreement Year provided herein, FRANCHISEE agrees to pay to COMPANY an amount equal to the difference between the Monthly Fees paid and the Minimum Fee for such Agreement Year. Such amount shall be paid by FRANCHISEE to COMPANY within thirty (30) days after the last day of such Agreement Year.
Minimum Fee. Notwithstanding any other provisions in this Agreement but provided that Cargill is not in breach of the obligations hereunder, Producer will pay to Cargill a minimum Origination Fee of USD $1,200,000.00 in each Contract Year (the “Minimum Fee”). For clarification purposes, and without limiting the foregoing, the Minimum Fee will apply even where Producer claims Force Majeure.
Minimum Fee. The Engager agrees to pay at least the minimum fee stipulated in this Agreement for the highest category under which the Artist is individually contracted.
Minimum Fee. Ex-Im Bank shall waive final fees of $5.00 or less.
