Prohibition of Discrimination. In accordance with applicable equal opportunity statutes, Executive Orders, and regulations, the owner must not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, familial status or disability in connection with the lease.

Prohibition of Discrimination. No Lender shall arbitrarily reject an application because of the location (except the requirement for location within the Eligible Loan Area) and/or age of the property, or in the case of a proposed Applicant, arbitrarily vary the terms of a loan or the application procedures therefor or reject a Loan applicant because of the race, creed, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, or marital status of such applicant. In accepting, evaluating, and acting upon such applications, Lenders shall comply, if applicable, with the Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Regulation B promulgated thereunder.
