Human Rights Act. The Parties hereto subscribe to the principles of the Human Rights Act of British Columbia.
Human Rights Act. The School shall comply with the Minnesota Human Rights Act, Chapter 363A, which prohibits unfair discriminatory practices in employment, public accommodations, public services, or education; and comply with Minnesota Statutes section 121A.04, which governs provisions of equal opportunities for members of both sexes to participate in athletic programs.
Human Rights Act. Any claim by an employee or the Union pertaining to a violation of the Constitution of Canada, the Human Rights Act, or the Employment Standards Act, or any other labour relations legislation may be the subject of a grievance which shall be processed in accordance with the Grievance Procedure.

Where an employee alleges that harassment or discrimination has occurred on the job the employee shall have the right to grieve under the Collective Agreement. Where the Employer or the Union has received an allegation of harassment or discrimination, it will be investigated on a priority basis in accordance with this joint commitment.
