Processing Fund Transfers and Bill Payments. We can process a fund transfer or bill payment on or within one Business Day after your Home Banking session, if we receive your instructions before the end of the Business Day. If you schedule a bill payment for a future date, we process the transaction after the close of business on that date, if that day is a Business Day. If we receive your instruction after the end of our Business Day, or if the date you request for a future transfer or payment is not a Business Day, we process the transaction on our next Business Day. When you schedule a funds transfer or bill payment using the Home Banking Services, you authorize us to withdraw the necessary funds from your account with us. The maximum amount that a payment can be issued for is $9,999.99. This amount is subject to change. We deduct the amount of your bill payment from your account within one business day of processing your instruction. To help ensure that your payments arrive on time, you must schedule your payments to be processed at least five (5) business days before the payment due date. This generally allows sufficient time for the Payee to receive and post your payment. To assist you with the scheduling of payments aDeliver by” date is displayed at the time you schedule a payment. This date is to provide you with a general expectation of when the payment should be delivered, but it does not guarantee that your payment will arrive and be reflected by that date. We are not responsible for any late or other related fees should the payment be received and posted after the “Deliver by” date. We assign a confirmation number to payments made through Bill Payment Services. This number appears online after you successfully schedule a payment to be sent. You may provide this number to us in the event you need additional details about the payment. If there are insufficient funds in your Account to make the transfers or payments you have authorized, we may refuse to make the transfer or payment or we may make the transfer or payment and overdraw your Account. In either event, you are responsible for any non-sufficient funds (“NSF”) and overdraft charges that may apply. Further, your access to the Bill Payment service may be suspended until such time as there are sufficient funds to process the transaction, and an additional delay of up to five business days to reactivate the account.   • Bill Payment Service The Bill Payment Service permits you to use your Internet enabled device to direct payments from your designated online Bill Payment Account to third parties you wish to pay. Your Bill Payment Account must be a share draft checking account. Through the Bill Payment Service, you can pay bills from your Bill Payment Account to businesses or individuals. Certain payment such as those for gambling, drugs, illegal purchases, and more are not permitted using AFFCU’s Bill Pay system. All payments you make will be deducted from the checking account that you designate as your Bill Payment Account for the Bill Payment Service. Any payments you wish to make through this Service must be payable in U.S. dollars to a payee located in the continental United States. We reserve the right to restrict types of payees to whom payments may be made using the Service from time to time. You should not use the Bill Payment Service to make payments to settle securities purchases, payments to interest bearing accounts, tax payments, or court ordered payments. Payments for these payees will be your sole responsibility if delayed or improperly processed or credited. Funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account on the scheduled payment date. If the date you schedule a payment to be initiated falls on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday, or holiday), funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account the following business day (e.g. Monday). After funds are withdrawn from your Bill Payment Account to make a payment, we may make the payment either by transferring funds electronically to the payee or by mailing the payee a check. You may choose to schedule payments to recur in the same amount at regular weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly intervals. When you create a new payee in the Bill Payment Service, it takes two (2) business days to set up the payee to receive payments. You should schedule a payment to a new payee at least ten (10) business days before any payment due date, to allow us time to set up the payee and verify information about your account with the payee. For all subsequent payments, you agree to allow at least five (5) to ten (10) business days between the date you schedule a payment to be initiated and the payment due date (that is, the due date shown on your invoice or provided in your agreement with the payee, not taking into account any applicable grace period). If the payment is an Automatic Clearing House (ACH) electronic payment, it may take up to five (5) business days to reach the payee. However, if the company or person that you are paying cannot accept an electronic payment, the Bill Payment Service will send a check that may take up to ten (10) business days. If you do not follow these time frames, you will be fully responsible for all late fees, finance charges or other actions taken by the payee. If you schedule your payment and follow all instructions provided, but the payment is not received by the payee in a timely manner, the Credit Union will work with the payee on your behalf to reverse any late fees or charges. The Credit Union is only responsible for exercising ordinary care in processing and sending payments upon your authorization in accordance with this Agreement. The Credit Union will not be liable in any way for damages you incur for any of the following reasons: • insufficient funds in your Bill Payment Account to make the payment on the processing date; • delays in mail delivery; • changes to the payee's address or account number unless we have been advised of the change in advance • the failure of any payee to correctly account for or credit the payment in a timely manner, or • any other circumstances beyond the control of the Credit Union. If your Bill Payment Account does not have sufficient funds to make a payment as of the date the payment is debited to your account, the Bill Payment Service will automatically block future Bill Payment Service until the account has sufficient funds to make the payment. This suspension may be without prior notice to you. The Credit Union shall have no obligation or liability if it does not complete a payment because there are insufficient funds in your account to process a payment. In such event, we will charge all related service fees to you. In all cases, you are responsible for making alternate arrangements for the payment or reschedule the payment through the Service. AFFCU is under no obligation to notify you if it does not complete a transfer because there are insufficient funds in your account to process a transaction. With respect to any negative balance caused by honoring either a paper or electronic payment, you agree to reimburse us, for any funds we have already paid to one or more of your designated merchants or financial institution which we were unable to recover by debit to the merchant or financial institution. You agree that we may impress and enforce a statutory lien upon your accounts with us to the extent you owe us any money and we may enforce our right to do so without further notice to you. We have the right to set-off any of your money or property in our possession against any amount you owe us. The right of set-off and our impressed lien does not extend to any Xxxxx, XXX, or similar tax deferred deposit you may have with us. If your account is owned jointly, our right of set-off and our impressed lien extends to any amount owed to us by any of the joint owners. In the event that you do not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, or in the event that your payment instruction is not made in time for us to process your payment prior to the due date required by a particular merchant or financial institution, you will be liable for all penalties and late fees imposed, and we will not be liable for any such penalties or fees. Without limiting the foregoing, AFFCU shall also not be liable for late charges, interest, penalties, or other amounts incurred by you or any for any failure to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery of any deposits or payment(s) so long as AFFCU has complied with the provisions of this Agreement. Unless otherwise required by law, the Credit Union will not be liable to you under any circumstances for special, indirect, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or attorneys’ fees, even if we are advised in advance of the possibility of such damages. We reserve the right to refuse to make any payment.

  • Billing and Payment Procedures and Final Accounting 6.1.1 The Connecting Transmission Owner shall xxxx the Interconnection Customer for the design, engineering, construction, and procurement costs of Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades contemplated by this Agreement on a monthly basis, or as otherwise agreed by those Parties. The Interconnection Customer shall pay all invoice amounts within 30 calendar days after receipt of the invoice.

  • Training Fund Employers and/or individuals who manage, operate, assist or own, either partially or wholly, a company or companies working non-union in the construction industry on Mainland Nova Scotia within the craft jurisdiction of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx Local 83 shall not be eligible to be appointed to serve, or to continue to serve, as trustees on any trust fund referred to within this Collective Agreement. This provision shall apply to management trustees and union trustees alike.

  • Interconnection Customer Payments Not Taxable The Parties intend that all payments or property transfers made by the Interconnection Customer to the Participating TO for the installation of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and the Network Upgrades shall be non-taxable, either as contributions to capital, or as a refundable advance, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws and shall not be taxable as contributions in aid of construction or otherwise under the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws.

  • Billing and Collection Customers BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate Comm South’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply:

  • Customer’s Processing of Personal Data Customer shall, in its use of the Services, Process Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws and Regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer’s instructions for the Processing of Personal Data shall comply with Data Protection Laws and Regulations. Customer shall have sole responsibility for the means by which Customer acquired Personal Data.

  • Transfer to a safe job (a) Where an employee is pregnant and, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, illness or risks arising out of the pregnancy or hazards connected with the work assigned to the employee make it inadvisable for the employee to continue at her present work, the employee will, if the employer deems it practicable, be transferred to a safe job at the rate and on the conditions attaching to that job until the commencement of maternity leave.

  • METHOD OF BILLING AND PAYMENT (a) For lump sum contracts, the Consultant may submit bills to the County at the completion and approval of each task or at the partial completion of a task on a pro-rata basis. However, requests for payment shall not be made more frequently than once a month. The Consultant shall submit such monthly statements identifying the nature of the work performed. Calculations shall be made monthly of the amount and value of the work accomplished and services performed by the Consultant which meet the standards of quality established under this Agreement. The estimates shall be prepared by the Consultant and accompanied by such supporting data as required by the Contract Administrator.

  • Subcontractor Payments Subject to Agency’s prior approval, Agency will reimburse Outside Counsel for the actual, reasonable and necessary expenses relating to Outside Counsel’s use of subcontractors. Outside Counsel shall be responsible for any payments and other claims due to subcontractors for work performed under this OCC. Outside Counsel, in subcontracting for any performances or in support of any of the performances specified herein (e.g., expert services, local counsel, and other services), expressly understands and agrees that Agency shall not be directly liable in any manner to Outside Counsel’s subcontractor(s).
